Eastside Primetimers has helped Solihull Life Opportunities (SoLO) secure an investment readiness grant of £24,960 to help it scale-up two new services for people with learning disabilities.
The grant, which was awarded by Social Investment Business from the Big Potential fund, will enable SoLO to develop the robust business cases needed to secure long-term funding for their Personal Assistance and Daylight Services.
Richard Litchfield, CE of Eastside Primetimers, said: “When SoLO approached us with their funding needs, we knew Big Potential was absolutely right for their them. Social organisations are increasingly considering Social Investment as part of their broader financing or fundraising strategy, and we have helped many organisations secure grants from the established ICRF fund. We are delighted to continue this success by helping SoLO secure a grant from the new Big Potential fund, and will work with them to secure long-term funding for these vital services”.
