With grants from Reach fund, Eastside Primetimers has helped 21 organisations with their financial resilience and to prepare their investment proposition.  We have very strong links to the social investors and a great track record in supporting organisations to raise investment for huge variety of projects. For instance our recent work with Chanctonbury Community Leisure. We aim to work with organisations at every point to facilitate the process and enable a successful outcome.

We are now pleased that following a recent external evaluation our partners, Access and SIB (Social Investment Business), have announced that a further £10 million will be provided to work with up to a 1,000 more organisations to help them build their financial resilience and prepare for greater social investment in the future.

Since 2016, the Reach fund has made around 600 small grants worth over £8.5 million to support charities and social enterprises in England with issues including business planning and financial forecasting.  The independent evaluation of the programme, which looked at grants made between October 2018 and December 2000, found that for every £1 spent through Reach fund helped organisaitons raise £7 of investment. Grants worth £5.2 m helped organisations raise £38.5 million in further investment.
