Key skills & experience
Adam brings a range of business improvement, project and change management experience. His skills were acquired in the accounting profession, the oil industry, at the BBC, a global communications company followed by a number of interim, consulting and trustee roles in the charity sector. Adapting his commercially honed expertise to this sector has been especially pleasing to Adam who now applies a quasi-commercial approach to problem solving and development within the third sector.
With EP, Adam has both lead and participated in projects involved in charity start-ups, financial health checks, charity mergers, performance measurement, business planning, cost, price, financial and impact modeling, financial system recommendation and tax advice. He is also a charity treasurer who has been involved in helping to turn around a failing charity.
Adam is married to Alice, who have two married daughters and two young grandsons…so far!
