Beck provides collaborative, tailored consultancy to support charity business development. She works alongside organisations to understand their offer, challenges, and key strategic questions in order to best help develop their plans for the future.
In her 25 years’ experience working within the youth voluntary and statutory sectors, Beck has held roles including: young people’s therapist, a specialism in young people’s participation, management of grant-funded national youth programmes and service manager of statutory youth justice services.

Beck brings a wide-ranging suite of skills in cross-sectorial relationship development, programme implementation, problem solving, strategic planning and improvement thorough practice development and data analysis. She is originally trained as a psychologist and completed a Masters in Voluntary Sector Management in 2013
Since becoming a freelance consultant in January 2017, she has worked with charities in support of their business development – delivering market research and analysis, opportunity mapping and scoping, monitoring and evaluation reshaping and facilitation of SMT and Trustee strategic discussion.
