With many years’ experience of working in commercial roles, within Social Enterprises and across the Third Sector, I bring relevant and impactful support to organisations who are looking strategically at their business, wanting to grow and improve the performance of their business and who want to understand their Social Impact in order to improve bids or strategic decision making.

Key skills & experience

Operational mobilisation, delivery and performance improvement of contracts, in particular central government service contracts (ie Welfare to work, ex-offenders).

Complex and multiple project and programme management from project initiation through budget, risks, issues to benefits realisation and lessons learnt, including exit from public ownership.

Social impact and social return on investment measurement, incorporating theory of change and linking to Corporate social responsibility and annual reporting.

Senior and strategic stakeholder management and influencing through to engagement of stakeholders at all levels with communications targeted to the audience.

Disability and diversity in the workplace including reasonable adjustments, in particular in relation to those with Learning Disability or Mental Health issues.

Through being on executive boards and Company Secretary for a large Non Departmental Public body I have experience of both Executive and Non-executive boards and Governance.
