Kita Ikoku

Kita works with small and medium sized charitable organisations to help them maximise their impact and move towards financial sustainability. As a qualified performance and leadership coach, she supports leaders through change and helps them explore their personal impact on organisational performance.

Key skills & experience

Kita specailises in facilitating diverse groups of people towards a common objective, whether that’s co-designing a strategic framework, understanding and developing impact measurements, leading consortia to achieve ambitious service delivery targets or engaging a whole organisation in an income diversification strategy.

She’s also a self proclaimed excel geek who loves developing costing frameworks and charge out structures.


Recent projects

  • Start up support, commissioned by John Lyon’s Charity, to set up the new Young Kensington and Chelsea Foundation and secure core funding
  • Facilitating discussion between funders investing in children and young people in Hammersmith and Fulham to explore how to maximise impact through collaboration,
  • Business development and fundraising for a national LGBT+ organisation.
  • Senior Consultant for the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO), supporting their members in a range of ways including Course Leader for four-day Certificate in Financial Sustainability for senior leaders and CEOs
