Layla Moosavi

Layla has twenty- five years fundraising & sponsorship experience in the charitable sector and the arts.

Layla provides consultancy, interim support as well as training and mentoring for charities, arts organisations, local grassroot groups and individual fundraisers and volunteers by helping them be as effective and prepared as they can be with their fundraising, proposal writing and  planning strategically  and further build on their existing strengths and confidence. She enjoys working with all types of organisations helping them define what type of fundraising works for them.

Key skills & experience

Layla’s skills lie in providing bespoke support particularly with those organisations who are new to or have little fundraising experience.

Giving an overview and engaging them with the fundraising cycle and what they need to prepare for becoming fundraising ready, proposal writing, trust and corporate fundraising, sponsorship and new business development, fundraising and community events management, how to put together a fundraising case for support, what to think about when writing  a fundraising proposal and strategy, and  communicating an overall strategic approach to fundraising.
