Lev Pedro

Lev has worked in senior roles in the UK charity sector for 35 years. Most recently he was a senior consultant at NCVO, managing a consultancy programme in organisational strategy and public service transformation. Lev managed a team of expert associates and delivered an account management function to clients. He enjoys bringing together groups or teams to solve problems and create positive change.

Recent projects

  • NHS England (in partnership with NAVCA) – Facilitated the building of voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) alliances across integrated care systems (ICS) and supported the building of leadership and governance structures to embed the VCSE in ICSs.
  • Ministry of Justice, HM Prison and Probation Service – Research into the role of voluntary organisations in probation, prison and youth custody services with a focus on minority ethnic organisations.
  • NAVCA – Collaborative policy making – Worked with NAVCA member organisations to codesign national policy on three topics related to health and care.
