Mark is a Chartered Fellow CIPD qualified Senior HR Consultant with over 30 years experience. An Employee Relations specialist, qualified Workplace Mediator and Mindfulness Professional. Mark has worked in senior HR roles at Sony, RBS and United Business Media prior to setting up his own business called Authentic Human Resources Limited.

Mark is an Employee Relations specialist meaning anything sensitive and complex relating to change including business restructures, employee investigations, dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, mediations and other change related projects.
