Martin Taylor

Martin Taylor acts as a consultant based on his extensive experience in the commercial property sector including Calthorpe Estates, ING Real Estate Developments and a 25 year career with the FTSE100 Slough Estates plc (now SEGRO plc), latterly as General Manager – Retail, responsible for the group’s retail division which included seven large UK shopping centres and joint ventures with Tesco plc and Henderson Global Investors. He is familiar with speaking at professional conferences and chaired association bodies such as the joint shopping centre/British Retail Consortium Security & Safer Shopping Committee. For 12 years he was a non-executive board member of Thames Valley Housing Association and its Vice-chair (Development). He has been a trustee of Richmond Parish Lands Charity and is currently a member of the Council of Hft, a major learning disability charity. He is also involved as chair of some private property companies.
