Neil Shearer

Neil has significant experience implementing cultural and organisational change; planning and analytical expertise; organisational and strategic development and business planning; in the East region.

With a wide ranging background, including finance, human resources, information technology, strategy, governance and compliance functions, Neil has board level experience in health, education including academy groups, elite sport management and commerce gained in charitable and not-for-profit, public and the private sector. Neil has also held a non-executive director role in an NHS Trust.

Neil is also a business advisor with Foundation East, an organisation that provides finance to the SME sector.
