Key skills & experience
At LGT, Shish was Head of Impact for the UK fund, leading the impact screening, due diligence and post-investment M&E of all enterprises the UK fund invested in. He oversaw the LGT UK fund’s first profitable exit and also led on setting the impact strategy of the fund. For example, Shish created a framework for screening enterprises based on their impact, which was used extensively and identified three key dimensions of impact for enterprises: efficacy, additionality, and intentionality. He also regularly led Theory of Change workshops with enterprises and created two longer-term evaluation projects to monitor and evaluate impact post-investment.
He now works with a variety of investors and enterprises on impact investment strategy, fundraising, and evaluation engagements.
He holds a bachelors’s degree in Physics from the University of Oxford, and a Masters in Development Studies from SOAS, University of London.
