With a professional background in marketing and business development in the public and private sectors, Tracey is a former Trustee and Chair of East Cheshire Hospice. From there, she went on to become the founding Managing Director of the Hospice Quality Partnership – a social enterprise owned by 70 hospices across the UK, working together to reduce cost through shared procurement and to increase revenue to extend the reach of their vital services to patients and their families.
Tracey has a ‘commercial head and social heart’ and now works as a consultant, supporting other voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations to thrive, improve their sustainability and so maximise their social value and impact. She believes in partnership and collaboration as a way of delivering support to those who most need it.

Tracey is a qualified marketer and social entrepreneur, who is also an experienced Trustee, non-executive Director and Chair. She is currently a Trustee of Cheshire Young Carers; a Director of Marketing Cheshire, (part of the Cheshire and Warrington LEP); a member of the Public Responsibility and Oversight Board for Salad Money; and an Independent Director of the North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium.

Tracey has acted as lead consultant for Eastside Primetimers on a project working with a cancer charity looking to develop new income generation streams and how they can develop their partnership working.
